Paranormalcy Review

Plot :  Evie’s always thought of herself as a normal teenager, even though she works for the International Paranormal Containment Agency, her ex-boyfriend is a faerie, she’s falling for a shape-shifter, and she’s the only person who can see through paranormals’ glamours.
But Evie’s about to realize that she may very well be at the center of a dark faerie prophecy promi
sing destruction to all paranormal creatures.
So much for normal.
When I first heard about Paranormalcy the plot really stood out for me, it was a new take to YA paranormal books. I loved Evie, her character was one that you would want to know in real life, caring, a good friend and a bit clumsy. I also loved that the fact that the relationship between Evie and Lend in the book was so relatable, not an total obsseive undying love at first sight. It was a sweet teen romance that the reader can relate to (minus all the paranormal factors). This shows just  how much thought Kiersten White had put into her characters and their relationships.

I'm SOO looking forward to sequel  Supernaturally out July 26th 2011
